VIAM PROPOSE COOPERATION IN THE FIELDS:
Development of alloys in accordance with technical assignment of the Customer ;
Development of technologies for manufacture of semiproducts and final goods;
Production of abradable sealing materials from metallic fibers, their application on parts and tests with regard to the articles made by the Customer;
Application of protective and strengthening coatings on parts made by the Customer;
Joint works to develop protective technological coatings for new grades of alloys used during thermal treatment and thermal-mechanical treatment;
HIPping of parts and semiproducts made from heat-resistant alloys;
Development of technical documentation (Technical Recommendations, Working Instructions, Specifications) on delivery of trial and commercial lots of discs, cast parts of GTE hot ducts, abradable sealing materials (work pieces) made from metallic fibers;
Submission of rated values for structural calculations;
Sale of licenses on the developed materials and production processes;
Conduction of complex of works related to design, manufacture and putting into operation UVNK and UVNS-type units for high-gradient directional solidification as well as to operational maintenance and after-sales service.
VIAM SUPPLY:
Cast bar stocks (charge billets with improved purity in terms of harmful impurities, gases and non-metallic inclusions and with minimum alloying range) made from VZhМ4, VZhМ5, ZhS32-VI, ZhS6U-VI, ZhS6К-VI, ZhS26-VI, VZhL12U-VI, VZhL12EVI, ZhS3DК-VI, VKh4L-VI, VKNА-1V, VКNА-1VR, VКNА-25 and other alloys, incl. those made from 100% cast wastes and GTE components after their service life;
Discs for small-size GTE made from EI698-VD, EP742-ID, EК79, EК151, EP975 and VZh175 alloys ( incl. pilot lots) with the use of high-gradient directional solidification;
Disc billets for trial and commercial GTE, GTU and auxiliary power plants;
Billets for blades, blocks, flaps and spacers of jet nozzles of GTE, components of flame tubes;
Rolled sheets from new and commercial weldable heat-resistant alloys (VZh159, VZh171, VZh172);
Hot-rolled bars from elinvar alloys, high strength Be-bearing steels and alloys;
Pilot lots of pieces of abradable sealing materials from metallic fibers;
Tube cathodes made from Ni-, Co- and Al-based alloys;
High-temperature VPr16, VPr24, VPr27, VPr28, VPr36, VPr37, VPr44, VPr48, VPr50 solders as powders and ribbons based on organic binder and low-temperature VPr35 and VPr40 solders as wire;
Powders for selective laser sintering (< 40 mm) and laser clad deposition (40–80 mm), as well as special-purposed powders based on Ni and Fe (EP648, VКNА-1V, VКNА-4U, ZhS6U, corrosion-resistant steels, cast irons, etc.);
Ion-plasma units: MAP-1M (semiautomatic unit), МАP -2 (computer-aided unit) and МАP-3 for assisted deposition (computer-aided unit).
